The idea is to have a container with our slideshow and the options to view a grid of thumbnails, pause the slideshow, and navigate through the images. The thumbnail grid will slide out from the top and allow the user to navigate through a set of thumbnails.

The idea is to show the albums as a slider, and when an album is chosen, images are shown in the photo stack view with a slick animation and reflection (reflections only work in Webkit browsers, Google Chrome or Apple Safari).

PHP is used for getting the images for each album from albums folders.

Photo Stack Gallery is fully functional in all latest browsers like Firefox and IE, just without some beautiful properties supported only by Chrome and Safari.

Sliding content can either be static or come out of a database. If it’s out of a database, the paging is built dynamically by the plugin. View DEMO.

DualSlider comes with all standard options like auto sliding -true/false, autoDelay, durationCarousel and more.

GalleryCMS is easy-to-use open source CMS application (built on CodeIgniter framework) that allows you to simply create galleries, add images & generate a XML file which can be used for creating your gallery.

GalleryCMS requires PHP and a database. It uses the GD2 library for image processing.

However, more images are always good to define and support the content better.

Micro Image Gallery is a jQuery plugin which can help solving this issue by displaying multiple images in limited spaces easily.

It simply transforms a list of images into a micro gallery that supports switching between a grid view (preview of images) and a single view.

The navigation bar is also customizable; it can be hidden and sliding out when hovering over the gallery, or visible.

In the grid-view, it can display up to 9 images at once (supports paging for more) and will re-size the images automatically according to the selected gallery size.
